By completing your purchase on the Califas Apparel website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days, but can be up to 10 days or more.

Delivery time includes PRODUCTION plus SHIPPING.

Production (or “fulfillment”) is the amount of time it takes to print your products and/or get your order in the mail. Production time is usually 1-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days depending on product(s) ordered, what we have in stock, time of year, etc.

Shipping can be anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on things like product(s) you ordered, time of year, and even the weather.

So how long will it take to get my stuff?

Delivery is usually 5-7 business days from the time of your order. However, while rare, delivery can sometimes take up to 10+ business days. If it’s been over 10 business and you still haven’t gotten your order, contact us and we’ll get you a status check.

2. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to a wrong address.

If you provide us with a wrong address and the order is not delivered to you, we are not responsible. In that case, have your tracking number ready and contact the USPS at https://www.usps.com, or UPS at https://www.ups.com/track, respectively.

3. Additional shipping charges apply for re-shipments on wrong addresses.

If you provide a wrong address and the order is returned to us, we will bill you a minimum of $5.00 for additional shipping fees (may be more depending on the size of your order and shipping address). Your order will be re-shipped after you pay for the new charges.

By default, re-shipments will be sent by standard USPS or UPS shipping. (Rush shipping is not available at this time).

4. You’re responsible to understand our policies on refunds, replacements, and order changes, as well as our statement on products and product imagery.

In short: 1) all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable; 2) orders cannot be changed or cancelled in most cases; and 3) all our products are created to the highest-possible quality, though actual prints, colors, etc. may not always be exactly as they appear on the website or on social media.

5. We’re not responsible for delivered items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

If your item(s) are lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been delivered according to the deliverer-provided tracking information, we are not responsible for those items. No reimbursements or replacements will be provided for lost, damaged, or stolen items that are shown to have been successfully delivered.

6. We’re not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment.

We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. However, UPS and the USPS typically provide insurance on most shipments, so have your tracking number ready and contact the USPS at https://www.usps.com, or UPS at https://www.ups.com, respectively.
